Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If the product is custom made, processing times will vary.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:

[Standard Shipping]: 5–7 business days

[Expedited Shipping]: 2–3 business days

[Overnight Shipping]: 1 business day

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Damages or Issues

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, contact us at jorau.essentials@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the package.

International Shipping (if applicable)

For international orders, delivery times and rates will vary based on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
